SUMMARY

This is an important role in managing the day-to-day operations and facilitating the development of employees to achieve the organization's goals. You will be responsible for
overseeing a team of employees (assigned business unit) and ensuring team members are motivated, productive, and satisfied in their roles, coordination of business goals with employees and management
You will be tasked with facilitating communication, providing guidance and feedback, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular meetings with the relevant team
  • Consult with line management, providing guidance to HR as needed
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Provide recommendations and interpretation of personnel policy
  • Provide recommendations on employee behavior and conflict resolution
  • Implementation of new processes, policies, and procedures
  • Managing Benefit package for assigned division
  • Responsible for all changes in the life cycle of employees in the assigned departments (onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding)
  • Responsible for the administration of the performance management program within the assigned divisions
  • Act as a business change agent by designing processes and approaches that support change and transformation – striving to bring shared processes to best practice status
  • Support HRIS
  • If necessary, take part in the final stages of recruitment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Work experience in HR Roles of at least 2 years (outstaffing companies are preferable)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnostics, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and other HR areas
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
