We are opening a new role for an Information Security Training and Awareness Specialist, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, controlling, and maintaining a comprehensive training and awareness program.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔ Involvement in the process of creating strategies to increase security awareness and promote best practices.
✔ Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive Information Security Awareness Program (training, workshops, campaigns, stress tests, gamification, etc.);
✔ Plan and execute security awareness campaigns throughout the year to promote a security-conscious culture within the organisation. Coordinate activities, events, and initiatives to reinforce key security messages.
✔ Evaluating training effectiveness and adjusting programs to address evolving threats.
✔ Engaged with employees to encourage participation in security awareness activities, address questions or concerns, and promote a positive security culture.
✔ Involvement in the process of creating and maintaining a library of security awareness materials, including presentations, newsletters, posters, videos, and interactive content.
✔ Involvement in the process of creating and maintaining different types of stress-tests (phishing simulation, account impersonation, etc) to assess the effectiveness of the Information Security Awareness Program
✔ Prepare and present reports on program performance and key security awareness metrics to stakeholders.
✅ Requirements:
✔A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
✔ Understanding of information security principles, best practices.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to convey complex security concepts in a clear and understandable manner to employees at all levels.
✔ Experience in designing, developing, implementing, monitoring security awareness training programs tailored to different audiences in LMS systems.
✔ Analytical skills to assess security awareness program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of training initiatives. Ability to analyze metrics and feedback to continuously enhance security awareness efforts.
✔ Proficiency in generating and presenting management reports to communicate the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives.
✔ Ability to identify security awareness gaps and develop creative solutions to address them.
✔ Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISO27001, ISO27701, PCI DSS, GDPR, and others is a plus
