Head of Delivery / Lead Solutions Architect / Technology Delivery Head

We are looking for a Head of Delivery / Lead Solutions Architect with a strong background in iGaming, strong tech expertise and client engagement experience to oversee and optimize the delivery processes of our outstaffed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Oversight & Process Optimization: Lead and manage Project Managers (PMs) to coordinate team efforts, monitor project progress, and guarantee successful delivery of key milestones.
- Team Capability Assessment: Evaluate team skills and competencies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and critical gaps to enhance performance and ensure teams meet project demands.
- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain regular syncs with client teams to align on priorities, evolving business needs, and project roadmaps, ensuring our teams provide maximum impact.
- Resource & Workforce Planning: Anticipate future skill needs and proactively align talent acquisition and staffing with the client’s growth trajectory and business goals.
- Client Consulting & Solution Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating the value of our solutions, addressing their pain points, and ensuring a seamless partnership.
- Strategic Delivery Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects for iGaming clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and timely execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in iGaming—understanding industry-specific products, technologies, and business models is a must.
- Strong expertise in team management, delivery oversight, and stakeholder communication.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with backend and frontend technologies.
- Sales & Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our services.
- Experience in staffing strategy & workforce planning within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to assess and optimize team skills for effective project execution and scalability.
- Hands-on experience in agile methodologies, project frameworks, and delivery processes.
